   and detail. All systems are built by hand and neatly configured with proper cable management and cooling to
   prevent internal damage to the components. All systems are tested and are ready to ship with Genuine Microsoft
   Windows Operating Systems installed and configured. Our computers are not made on assembly lines and are
   not cookie cutter systems which use the cheapest components available to keep the cost down. We on the other
   hand think a little differently by using only the highest quality components available because price is not the only
   thing that should be taken in consideration when looking for a computer system. Compare our systems to
   Alienware, Falcon Northwest & Velocity Micro, without the high price tag.

   1-Year parts & labor warranty. Alcom Microsystems warrants to the customer that the hardware system only
   "not including software" will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the period of one year
   from the date of invoice. During the warranty period, Alcom Microsystems will correct any defects in material
   or workmanship, or any failure of hardware components. The customer is responsible for shipping costs with
   insurance when returning a product for repair. Alcom Microsystems will pay return shipping costs with insurance
   back to the customer. The customer is responsible for using original or comparable packaging when returning
   an item. Any replacement parts or products are brand new, and are warranted for the remainder of the original
   warranty period. The customer must promptly notify us if there is a defect in material or workmanship.
   Alcom Microsystems must receive notice of all hardware issues before expiration of the warranty period.
   Alcom Microsystems responsibility is limited to repair or replacement, of which may be selected by us at our sole
   discretion. Repairs and parts replacement due to software configuration and compatibility issues or hardware
   issues resulting from conditions other than normal use are billed at a mutually agreed upon cost with the customer.
   These fees must be paid prior to the return of the repaired unit. Physical damage is not covered.
   Alcom Microsystems warranty does not include problems caused by software installations, power surges,
   tampering, improper installation of add-on parts, accidental damage by the end user, disasters, abuse,
   overclocking or other circumstances out of our control. Customer must contact us immediately to file a shipping
   claim in the event of shipping damage.

    We accept PayPal, Money Order, Personal and Company Checks. Personal and Company checks will be required
